Who are our Students?
The SEEK Program is designed to be a fun and engaging educational experience, led by NSBE engineering students and technical professionals dedicated to pursuing professional excellence and giving back to the community. The SEEK Program utilizes a hands-on curriculum supplied by various Educational Curriculum companies and Corporate Sponsors. Campers will work in teams, using their knowledge to solve problems and create products while discovering the underlying math and science principles involved in these processes. Each week, the campers will take on a new project and showcase their newfound knowledge and skills.
Student Experience

Learn general age-appropriate math and science concepts for students
Engage with other students on a variety of hands-on engineering activities complemented by the curriculum
Interact with mentors, local community leaders and our corporate sponsors
Be exposed to career options that may not be represented in their community

The Commitment
Programs will be offered May - August
Each program last a total of 3 weeks
On-site participants will require students to be available 8:00am -3:30pm, Monday through Friday
Virtual programs will require students to be available 10 AM - 11 AM or 1 PM - 2 PM (EST), Monday through Friday
Participants must be available all 3 weeks of the program
